Allows your technology end users or partners to quickly find and access your technical information, product documents or knowledge bases through simple yet powerful Web based free text search
iSolve FastFind thin client:
Allows you to quickly find and access iSolve information by just highlighting text in any application and pressing a CTRL key combination. For instance from within your Service Desk application you can review a problem, mark a sentence or error code and press a key combination to immediately receive the potential solution.
iSolve Mutli Language Technical Translator:
Allows you to search in one language and find relevant technical solutions in other languages. For example when you handle a support problem, search in iSolve for the solution in English and receive the potential solution in German (or vice versa). iSolve Translator automatically recognizes which technical words should not be translated so your search only brings the most relevant information – for example the words Sun SPARC shouldn’t be translated when looking for relevant information in a Sun SPARC technology environment.
