Boaz Grinvald
CEO


As CEO of Softlib, Boaz Grinvald is responsible for the daily operations, strategic direction and global expansion of the company.

Prior to joining Softlib, Boaz was Founder, CEO and Chairman of Shunra Software, which is the leader in Network Emulation software and hardware products. Under his leadership Shunra grew to a recognized leader in the space, won the Frost & Sullivan Award for Growth Strategy Leadership as well as numerous Deloitte Fast 50 awards.

Prior to founding Shunra Boaz worked for NCC, where he oversaw a group of outsourced software projects for Verizon. Before NCC Boaz held management positions at RUN, where he was responsible for development, customer support, and strategic partnerships. Boaz received his BS in Computer Science, Math and Economics from Bar Ilan University, where he graduated with honors.


Adi Goldin
President


Adi has over 8 years of successful track record in investing, managing and nurturing technology driven companies and startups. Adi was responsible for these companies in penetrating international market, turnaround situations, M&A, public offerings and private placements. Prior to Softlib Adi was business development director at Docor International Management and investments director at Inventech Venture Capital (TASE: IVTC).

Before this, Adi practiced Law in the Law office of Israeli, Blustein, Kogan & Co. In addition, he was part of the teaching staff of the MBA program run jointly by Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management ( Chicago , USA). Mr. Goldin participated in the International Marketing Program and the Global Consulting Program, a joint project of Pennsylvania University's Wharton Business School and Tel Aviv University's Business School.

Mr. Goldin is an associate of the Israel Bar Association. He holds B.A. and M.A degrees in Economics, summa cum laude, and an LL.B in Law - all from Tel Aviv University.


David (Dudu) Buch
VP R&D


Dudu led R&D groups in several companies for many years. Prior to Softlib, Dudu was R&D Manager at HP Software, Director of R&D at Mercury Interactive and Director of R&D at RadView Software, in Application Performance area.

Dudu is a Bar Ilan University BA magna cum laude graduate in computer science and economics and is a MAMRAM (The Israeli Army Computer Corp.) graduate.


Yoav Gelbfish
CTO


Yoav is one of Soflib's founders and is responsible for Softlib's technological strategy and vision. Yoav has over 15 years of thorough experience in software research and development and in recognizing user needs and providing software solutions that fully meet these needs.

Prior to Softlib Yoav worked for several leading start up companies, e.g. for Deal Time (later known as Shopping.com) where he was responsible for various R&D tasks and led turn key solutions projects.

Yoav holds a B.Sc degree in Mathematics and Computers Science from Bar Ilan University and held several technological positions in MAMRAM (The Israeli Army Computer Corp.).


Benny Sand
VP Worldwide Sales


As Vice President Worldwide Sales of Softlib, Benny Sand is responsible for the direct sales, partner channels activities and sales development operation.

Prior to joining Softlib, Benny worked as VP of EMEA at Netformx , where he was a key factor in the EMEA business growth and established strategic business alliances in the International arena . Prior to Netformx Benny was the VP International Sales at XOsoft , a software vendor (acquired by CA) where he spearheaded the International sales operations that demonstrated exponential growth generated by direct and indirect sales activities. Prior to XOsoft Benny established the Internal division of Radview Software (NASDAQ rdvw) , where he developed the EMEA and APAC marketplace, created strategic partnerships while generating a consecutive annual growth throughout the years.

Benny holds a BA in Management and IT from the Open University and an MBA form Heriot Watt university.


Dirk Craen
Director EMEA


As the Director of EMEA, Dirk Craen is responsible for Softlib's sales and operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Craen brings over 20 years of technology sales and executive management experience to Softlib.

Prior to joining, Mr. Craen was responsible for the European operations of Precise Software, was the President of Scitex Europe, Vice president Olivetti, and was responsible for the indirect channels for HP in Europe.


Rotem Ackermann
Director Of Customers


Rotem is responsible for Softlib's operations. Rotem leads Softlib's implementation and customer service, account and support, and is leading the customer interaction activities in Softlib to maximize customer satisfaction.

Prior to Softlib Rotem worked for over 10 years for Kfar Hamaccabiah convention & event center, fulfilling various operation positions including COO position for over 4 years. Rotem successfully managed and led operations, customer service, CRM activities and IT.

Rotem Holds BSc. in business industrial management specializing in Information Systems from Schenkar College.
