Dr. Alon Dumanis is the CEO of Docor International B.V. as well as chairman of the Van Leer Technology Ventures Jerusalem.
Dr. Dumanis has years of experience in international business development, entrepreneurial, and technological management of Hi-Tech companies, the domains of which include information, aviation, electronics, life science and emerging technology. He serves either as Chairman or as member of Board of Directors of various companies.
Dr. Dumanis is a member of the Board of Directors at Tadiran Communications and formerly, a member of the Board of Directors at El Al Israel Airlines. Prior to this, he was Head of Material Command for the Israel Air Force, where he held the rank of Brigadier General. He has managed multi-billion dollar R&D programs and many large scale projects in engineering, security, information technology,logistics and acquisition.
Mr. Ratner has served as the CEO of attunity since July 2004 and is now serving as a member of the Board of Directors.
Previously Mr. Ratner has served as the President of Precise since December 2000 where his responsibilities included running the worldwide sales, marketing, support and R&D. Mr. Ratner has played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Precise Software Solutions by Veritas in June 2003 for $609M.
From May 1997 to 2000, Mr. Ratner served as General Manager and Vice President of Research and Development. During that time Mr. Ratner ran the operation of EMEA and AP and was a key person in the turn around of the company. Under Mr. Ratner's guidance, Precise has dramatically expanded and strengthened the Company's R&D operations, spearheading the development of the Precise's core product offerings and continually expanding the company's industry-leading suite of application performance management solutions.
Prior to joining Precise, Mr. Ratner directed a range of operational IT projects during a 20-year career with the Israeli Air Force Command Intelligence Division, combining operational responsibilities with flying and various software development management positions. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Ratner served as Lieutenant Colonel first managing a division developing real-time systems and later another division of over 200 software engineers developing client/server projects. He was also involved for several years in a variety of joint-venture initiatives with United Technologies Corp.
Mr. Yiannis Telonis, previously the General Manager of Hellenic Bank Investments Ltd., is heading the Group Strategic Development Division of the Bank since September 2002. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Investments Ltd, Hellenic Mutual Funds Ltd and of the Cyprus Marine Environment Protection Association (CYMEPA), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of the U.K.
Mr Telonis holds a BSc in Economics studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and also Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the City University Business School where he was awarded the Royal Insurance International prize.
