Dr. Alon Dumanis
Chairman of the Board of Directors

Dr. Alon Dumanis is the CEO of Docor International B.V. as well as chairman of the Van Leer Technology Ventures Jerusalem.

Dr. Dumanis has years of experience in international business development, entrepreneurial, and technological management of Hi-Tech companies, the domains of which include information, aviation, electronics, life science and emerging technology. He serves either as Chairman or as member of Board of Directors of various companies.

Dr. Dumanis is a member of the Board of Directors at Tadiran Communications and formerly, a member of the Board of Directors at El Al Israel Airlines. Prior to this, he was Head of Material Command for the Israel Air Force, where he held the rank of Brigadier General. He has managed multi-billion dollar R&D programs and many large scale projects in engineering, security, information technology,logistics and acquisition.

Mr. Yannis Telonis
Director

Mr. Yiannis Telonis, previously the General Manager of Hellenic Bank Investments Ltd., is heading the Group Strategic Development Division of the Bank since September 2002. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Investments Ltd, Hellenic Mutual Funds Ltd and of the Cyprus Marine Environment Protection Association (CYMEPA), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of the U.K.

Mr Telonis holds a BSc in Economics studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and also Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the City University Business School where he was awarded the Royal Insurance International prize.

Mr. Phanos Pitris
Director

Mr. Phanos Pitiris has a diverse experience in the high technology markets of United States, Europe and Israel combined with a solid foundation and experience in strategic management, sales, marketing and international relations.

Through the various positions he has held, Mr. Pitris developed the practical know-how required towards the formation and acceleration of innovative, start-up companies coupled with a solid experience in venture capital.

Mr. Pitris is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the American Management Association, EBN, IASP, NBIA, an alumnus of the European Venture Capital Association, a Board member of the Cyprus-American Business Association and a member of the investment committee of Infinity II, a $64 million venture capital fund based out of Israel.
